What we guarantee when you order on PaperCrane.
Your money is held until shipment
When you pay, the seller does not receive your money. Funds are released only after the order ships with tracking. A seller who doesn't ship doesn't get paid. You do, back in full.
Lots must match their listing
If what arrives is materially different from the listing (wrong items, undisclosed condition problems, missing quantity), report it within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right with the seller: replacement, partial refund, or full refund on return.
Every seller is accountable
Sellers are invited individually and are removed for misgrading, non-shipment, or repeated problems. Nobody here is anonymous.
Scope
Protection covers orders placed through PaperCrane checkout. Ordinary wear consistent with the listed condition of vintage goods isn't a defect.
