Privacy Policy

Account details (username, email), order and listing activity, messages sent on the platform, and basic usage data (pages viewed, searches) used to improve the marketplace.

We use a small number of first-party cookies: your session, and an anonymous visitor id that lets sellers see aggregate storefront analytics (views, clicks) without knowing who you are. No third-party ad trackers, no cross-site tracking, no analytics sold to anyone.

Sellers see your shipping address for orders you place with them, and aggregate reliability signals only. Counts like completed orders and account age. Never your contact details, browsing, or purchase history with other sellers.

Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch PaperCrane's servers. We see order totals and payout amounts, not card numbers.

We don't sell your data. We don't share your contact details with other users beyond what a transaction requires (a seller sees the shipping address for your order).

We send transactional email (verification, orders, messages) and, if enabled in your settings, activity digests. You can turn optional email off in Settings.

You can update your profile, export your listings, or delete your account (Settings → Delete account). Deletion is permanent.
