Shipping & Returns

Every seller ships from inside the USA, each listing shows the state it ships from. Nothing crosses a border: no customs, no import fees, no freight forwarders, ever.

Sellers ship with tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Typical delivery is 2-5 business days after shipment, and tracking appears on your order the moment the label is created. Each storefront's transaction record shows that seller's real average time-to-ship, not a promise, a measurement.

Listings where the seller has set a box size and weight show a shipping estimate for your location, and, more usefully, what shipping adds per piece. A $24 box across an 80-piece lot is $0.30 a piece; we show you that number so you can price your margin honestly instead of being surprised at the end. Estimates use standard ground rates by distance and weight and are labeled as estimates.

Every lot is unique. When it sells it's gone, and the listing marks sold automatically. Follow sellers you like and you'll get an email the moment they drop new inventory.

Your payment was never released to the seller. It comes back to you in full. A seller who doesn't ship doesn't get paid; that's structural, not a policy we have to enforce after the fact.

Message the seller first. Most issues resolve in one conversation. If it isn't made right, open a dispute from your order within 5 days of delivery: a short guided form collects what happened and photos where they matter, the seller adds their side, and a human reviews the evidence, usually within 1-2 days. Found in your favor, you're made whole under Buyer Protection. Refund or replacement.

Wholesale lots are sold as described rather than sale-or-return. That's what keeps prices at wholesale. Lots that aren't as described are covered by Buyer Protection above. Change-of-mind returns are at the individual seller's discretion; ask them in messages before you buy if it matters to you.
