Sellers are invited, not signed up

There is no open seller marketplace here. We work with a small number of wholesalers we know, and resellers who have proven their track record. If a lot is on PaperCrane, we know who packed it.

What you see is what ships

Every lot is photographed by the seller who owns it, priced per lot with a clear minimum order. No mystery bales, no negotiating games.

Your payment is protected

You pay through Stripe at checkout, but the seller isn't paid until your order ships. If it never ships, you get every dollar back.

Domestic means days, not weeks

Every seller ships from inside the USA. No customs, no freight forwarding. Orders arrive in 2-5 business days with tracking.

Know your margin before you buy

Listings show the per-piece math, and when a seller has set their box size, an honest shipping estimate to your location, broken down per piece. Price your resale before you commit, not after the box arrives.

Reputation is a record, not a rating

Every storefront shows a transaction record computed from real orders: completed deals, repeat buyers, time-to-ship, on-time percentage, dispute outcomes. Nothing on it can be bought or inflated. It's simply the business a seller has done.

If something goes wrong, there's a real process

Message the seller first. Most issues die in one conversation. If it isn't made right, a guided dispute collects the facts and photos, the seller responds, and a human decides from the evidence, usually within 1-2 days. Found in your favor, you're made whole.

Bring your wholesaler, fund your sourcing

Every order already earns 0.5% Crane Credit back, automatically. Invite a wholesaler you already buy from and. Once they're vetted and selling here. Every order you place with them earns 2% back instead. Credit spends with any wholesaler on the platform.
