What is a custom order?

Sellers with custom orders on take private requests describing what you want. A request opens with a deposit, set by the seller between $10 and $50 — it is how a request earns their time, and it is credited toward the bundle at checkout.

While the request is live, the deposit is tied to that seller. If they decline or never answer, it comes back as Crane Credit that spends anywhere on PaperCrane.

The seller builds the bundle as a private listing inside your conversation. Once you agree on the price, you have 7 days to check out — longer than a normal offer's 24 hours, because the bundle was built to order.
