My offer was accepted. What now?

Check out within 24 hours. There is nothing to redeem: while the window is open, that lot is priced at your accepted amount everywhere (in the bag and at payment).

Let it lapse and the price reverts to list, and the lapse counts as a strike. After 5 lapsed accepted offers, offers are turned off for your account. You can still buy at list price. No strike if the lot sold or was pulled before you could buy.
