My payout hasn't arrived

A held payout is waiting, not lost. Work down the list; the first three cover almost every case. The last one is not something you can fix — and does not need you to.

  1. No carrier scan yet. Payouts release on the carrier's first scan — a printed label releases nothing until it is scanned.
  2. Stripe onboarding unfinished. Until the bank side is done, the money cannot be sent to you. Account, then Payouts.
  3. No backup card on file. Money does not move without one — add it in the same place.
  4. You ship on your own carrier account. Self-arranged tracking releases on delivery, not first scan.
  5. A payment dispute is open on the order. That order's payout is frozen until the dispute closes.
  6. It is being reviewed. Some payouts get a quick manual check before they go out. There is nothing for you to do — it releases on its own once the review clears, and we message you when it does.

Everything waiting releases on its own the moment the blocker clears — there is nothing to re-trigger. A released payout then follows Stripe's deposit schedule, so allow a couple of business days to reach your bank.
