My account was suspended

Suspensions are for the serious things: misdescribing goods, failing to ship, or abusing people. The notice you received states the reason yours happened.

While suspended you can still sign in and see everything. What closes is writing: listing, messaging, offers, checkout, and applications. Live listings are hidden, and reinstatement restores exactly the listings suspension hid — nothing else changes.

To appeal, reply to the suspension email or use Report a problem in the app. A person reads it. Repeat or egregious cases are banned outright, and bans are permanent.
