What does Buyer Protection cover?

Before shipment you are covered automatically: your payment is held until the carrier scans the package, and an order that never ships refunds itself in full at day 14.

After delivery, you have 5 days to report a lot that is not what the listing described. A person at PaperCrane reads both sides and decides, with a written reason.

Protection covers orders placed through PaperCrane checkout. A chargeback filed with your card issuer is a separate process decided by the card network, not by PaperCrane.
