Can I return an order?

Wholesale lots are sold as described, not sale-or-return. If you change your mind, a return is at the individual seller's discretion. Message them and ask. If it matters to you, ask before you buy.

A lot that is not as described (wrong items, undisclosed condition problems, short count) is a different situation entirely, and it is covered. Start with the seller, then report it from the order.
